Letter, 1813 Dec. 31, from Vaughn at Fort St. Stephens, Ala., to Brig. Gen. Ferdinand L. Claiborne, in Ala., in which Vaughn praises Claiborne for defeating the Creek Indians at the Holy Ground (or Ikanatchaka), and the subsequent celebration at Fort St. Stephens. The letter also discusses Capt. Davis.
